Jess is the friendly face you’ll see at the front desk, always ready with a warm welcome for pets and their people. With over three years of hands-on experience working in an animal shelter, she brings a deep love for animal welfare and care to her role as receptionist.

Currently studying her Certificate IV in Behaviour and Training, Jess is passionate about creating a calm, low-stress environment for every animal who visits the clinic, as well as providing reassuring support for their owners.

When she’s not at work, Jess can be found spending time with her husband and young daughter, enjoying the company of their gentle giant wolfhound, Moose, and senior cat, Possum. A keen foodie, she loves cooking up something delicious at home or heading out to discover new spots to eat with her family.
